Your missions
As a Tax Manager, you will:
Manage the preparation, review and submission of corporate tax returns for a portfolio of Luxembourg entities.
Ensure compliance with Luxembourg tax regulations and statutory reporting obligations.
Act as a key point of contact with tax authorities and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
Monitor and assess tax risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
Support accounting teams on tax-related matters and ensure consistency between accounting and tax reporting.
Participate in various tax compliance and regulatory projects.
Contribute to the governance and administration of client entities where required.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on tax compliance developments and best practices.
Assist with indirect tax matters and VAT-related topics when applicable.

Your ideal profile
Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
Around 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate tax compliance within Luxembourg.
Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate tax regulations and reporting obligations.
Ability to identify tax risks and provide practical solutions.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and their interaction with tax matters.
Exposure to VAT compliance would be considered a strong asset.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Client-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English and French; any additional language would be considered an advantage.
