Your missions

As Interim Finance Manager, you will :

• Oversee financial reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual closing)

• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements (CSSF) and applicable accounting standards (IFRS / Lux GAAP)

• Manage regulatory reporting linked to custody, settlement, and securities servicing activities

• Act as key contact for auditors and internal stakeholders

• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks in a regulated banking environment

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Deliver financial analysis to senior management to support decision-making

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function

Your ideal profile

• Proven experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar role within banking or financial services

• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework (CSSF)

• Strong understanding of IFRS and Lux GAAP

• Experience in regulated and audit-intensive environments

• Ability to operate autonomously in an interim / fast-paced context

• Strong analytical, control-oriented, and detail-focused mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Professional qualification is an asset
