Your missions
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to support our customer's growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top technology talent.
The IT Recruiter will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring an efficient and high-quality recruitment process aligned with business needs.
The role's responsabilities will include:
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management)
Identify and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks
Ensure alignment between recruitment strategy and business objectives
3. Candidate Experience
Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate journey
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
Promote the company’s employer brand
4. Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement
Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.)
Continuously improve tools, methods, and workflows
5. Employer Branding
Contribute to the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the IT talent market
Participate in events, job fairs, and networking initiatives
Support content creation (job postings, social media, etc.)

Your ideal profile
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (developers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
Results-oriented with strong organizational skills
