Your missions
As Compliance Officer, you will be a key member of the company, ensuring that it operates in full compliance with applicable Luxembourg and European regulations. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the firm's compliance framework across its regulated funds and management activities.
As Key responsibilities, you will :
β Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with CSSF regulations, the AIFM Directive, GDPR, AML/CFT requirements and other applicable European regulatory frameworks
β Maintain and update the firm's compliance policies, procedures and internal controls
β Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and internal audits across the firm's funds and activities
β Act as the primary point of contact for the CSSF and manage regulatory reporting obligations
β Advise senior management and investment teams on compliance matters related to fund structuring, transactions and investor relations
β Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the firm's activities
β Oversee KYC/AML processes for investors and counterparties
β Prepare and deliver compliance training to staff
β Support the preparation of board reports and compliance committee materials

Your ideal profile
β 3 to 5 years of experience in a compliance role within an AIFM, asset management firm, fund administrator or regulated financial institution in Luxembourg
β Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks: AIFMD, UCITS (advantageous), AML/CFT, GDPR, MiFID II awareness
β Experience dealing with the CSSF and managing regulatory reporting
β Solid understanding of private equity, real estate funds or alternative investment structures is a strong asset
β Rigorous, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a small team environment
β Excellent communication skills β able to engage with senior stakeholders clearly and confidently
β Fluent in English, French is a plus
β Relevant academic background in law, finance, compliance or a related field; professional certification (ICA, CAMS or equivalent) is an advantage
β Experience with Compliance Monitoring Tooly such as SARA and CAROL a plus
