Your missions

As an Associate Banking & Finance , you will :

• Advise a diverse international client base on a broad range of banking, finance, and regulatory matters.

• Be involved in a wide variety of complex and high-value finance transactions, including secured lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and financial collateral arrangements.

• Cover bond issuances and listings on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, offering exposure to capital markets work.

• Initiate, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with senior lawyers and clients.

• Work on Fund Finance and Leverage Finance, providing the opportunity to deepen your expertise in these fast-growing and technically challenging areas.
  

Your ideal profile

• You hold a postgraduate law degree, ideally complemented by an additional degree obtained abroad (such as an LL.M. or a Business School degree);

• You have acquired solid experience in Banking & Finance, Leverage Finance and/or Fund Finance (between 1 and 3 years of post-qualification experience), preferably within a top-tier law firm with international exposure;

• You are admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or have attended (or are eligible to attend) the CCDL;

• You enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment, are a strong team player, and are able to perform effectively under pressure when required;

• You are autonomous, proactive, flexible, service-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills;

• You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
