En tant que chargé d'équipe en recrutement vos principales missions seront:

Your ideal profile
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 à 5 ans) en recrutement, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou technique.
- Maîtrise courante du français; l’allemand constitue un atout indispensable pour échanger avec les équipes et partenaires.
- Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication, orienté(e) solution et résultats.
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs recrutements en parallèle.
- Ouverture d’esprit et curiosité pour comprendre des métiers variés et techniques.
