Your missions

As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for monitoring the company's financial performance, producing accounts and ensuring tax compliance. 

You will play a key role in finalising the annual financial statements, optimising profitability and performing valuation analyses.

Main responsibilities

1. Reporting & Accounts

• Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Ensure the accounting review and finalisation of the annual accounts in conjunction with the chartered accountant/auditors

• Participate in the monthly closing: provisions, inventory entries, analytical reviews

2. Taxation (VAT and taxes)

• Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, local taxes, periodic declarations)

• Participate in tax optimisationMonitor regulatory developments on tax issues

3. Performance & Profitability

• Contribute to the analysis of margins and costs by activity/product

• Identify levers for improving profitability

• Participate in the implementation of KPIs and monitoring tools

4. Financial Analysis & Valuation

• Perform advanced financial analyses (cash flow, scenarios, modelling)

• Contribute to valuation or business plan work

• Support the team in strategic projects (financing, M&A, growth
  

Your ideal profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent experience

• Strong command of Excel & Power Query.

• Experience with Odoo is a plus.

• Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is a strong asset.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• High degree of autonomy, initiative, and adaptability.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
