Your missions

As an Executive Assistant, you will :

Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to Partners and legal teams

Prepare and handle legal documentation and correspondence (including RCS filings)

Support in paralegal tasks related to client onboarding, corporate formalities, and compliance coordination

Assist in opening client files and gathering KYC/compliance documentation

Coordinate business travel arrangements, meetings, and agendas

Maintain internal databases and ensure timely updates of client records

Liaise with clients and internal departments in a professional and confidential manner

Assist with calendar management, expenses, and team logistics

Your ideal profile

Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant, ideally in a law firm or Big Four environment
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Strong understanding of legal administrative processes,
Experience with RCS filings and basic corporate formalities
Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
Proficiency with MS Office and legal management systems
