Your missions

As Senior Associate - Investment Funds, you will :

Providing comprehensive support to clients in managing their daily legal and regulatory obligations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Assisting clients with the establishment and licensing process to become authorized management companies, Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs), or professionals in the financial sector.

Advising clients on the implementation of various legal and regulatory requirements, including ESG, DORA, and others, facilitating discussions with regulators, and reviewing contractual agreements.

Supporting clients in regulatory investigations and any subsequent sanction procedures initiated by authorities.

Your ideal profile

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the funds industry in Luxembourg.
Registration with the Luxembourg Bar, ideally "Liste I".
Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in German and/or Luxembourgish considered a plus.
Knowledgeable, with an impeccable command of relevant regulatory legislation
