💼 Your missions:

• Recruitment support:

- Organising and monitoring interviews with candidates and managers.

- Updating and managing applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

- Drafting and publishing job offers on various platforms.

• HR administrative management:

- Drafting and monitoring employment contracts, HR procedures and other administrative documents

- Managing onboarding and monitoring employee files

- Helping to improve HR processes and regulatory compliance

• HR communications:

- Writing content for LinkedIn

- Contributing to external communication initiatives

🎯 Profile required:

- Master's student in HR, Management or Business Administration.

- Interest in recruitment and talent management

- Proactive, curious, resourceful and solution-oriented

- Strong business mindset with a strategic approach

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

- At ease with office automation tools

- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
