Your missions
As Administrative Assistant - Real Estate, you will :
- Monitor invoicing and classifying invoices
- Be the point of contact for tenants
- Check the lease contract before signing
- Coordinate between the broker, tenant and landlord regarding the signing of the
lease contracts - Manage administrative follow-up of leases, rental guarantees, VAT option, registration, insurance policy, etc.
- Follow-up of invoices sent to tenants, review of rent indexation, collection of rent and charges rent and service charges
- Collect key figures from tenants and preparing reports
- Monitor insurance issues; declarations, monitoring work with the Facility Manager
monitoring reimbursements and preparing reports - Draft minutes of meetings and purchase orders
- Prepare of CAPEX approval in accordance with the budget
- Monitor the OPEX budget with the Facility Manager
Your ideal profile:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Former experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the Real Estate Sector
- Ability to work well in a team
- Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
