Your missions

The Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial operations across two entities, ensuring their financial health and sustainability. This is a highly autonomous role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach. 

You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, acting as a financial advisor and ensuring that both entities meet their financial goals.

As Finance Manager, you will :

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of two entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and individual reports for each entity.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Present detailed financial analysis and insights to the CEO to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide strategic advice on cost management, revenue opportunities, and financial planning.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures across both entities.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements in Luxembourg.
• Coordinate and manage audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee  VAT filings, and other statutory obligations.
• Handle day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management.
• Supervise and streamline billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Maintain relationships with banks, suppliers, and other financial stakeholders.

Your ideal profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, preferably managing multiple entities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
