Your missions
As Life Insurance Senior Account Officer, you will :
- Be the primary contact for our Belgian and Dutch clients and partners.
- Handle all general inquiries from customers and operational activities.
- Onboard new partners such as brokers, asset managers, and custodian banks.
- Coordinate with internal departments like Legal, Asset Controlling, Wealth Planning, and Sales and work closely with all business lines.
- Ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Participate in numerous operational and strategic projects.
- Contribute your expertise and insights.
- Ensure all activities adhere to AML and compliance standards.
- Reflect our commitment to integrity in international business.
- Provide a supportive and dynamic working environment to the Team.

Your ideal profile

- Minimum 5 years in a similar position within the financial industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Belgian market is a clear advantage.
- Perfect fluency in Dutch and French, both written and spoken, is required.
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to independently manage issues with a proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a structured and reliable work methodology.
