Your missions
As a Senior Legal & Corporate Officer, reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing Luxembourg-based companies. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the integration and setup of corporate structures.
- Overseeing day-to-day management activities for the companies.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients on corporate administrative matters.
- Preparing and coordinating acquisition and sale transactions.
- Organizing and managing board meetings, general meetings, and drafting key corporate documents (AGM/EGM minutes, Articles of Association, liquidation deeds, shareholders’ agreements, etc.).
- Maintaining close communication with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.
- Preparing necessary banking documentation, including account opening forms, KYC compliance, and due diligence processes.
- Supporting the creation and organization of the Luxembourg office.
Your ideal profile
- A degree in Law or a strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work in a team.
- Proactive, with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and methodical, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
