Your missions

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team in Luxembourg. Reporting directly to the Head of Accounting, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Reporting and Operations departments, ensuring the highest standards of financial services and supporting our audit processes.

As an Accountant, you will :

  •  Keep accurate records of all daily transactions and ensure meticulous bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Handle monthly accruals, account payables and receivables, and maintain fixed assets.
  •  Manage I/C SLA invoicing, booking, and follow-up.
  •  Handle VAT, salary bookings, reconciliations, and capitalization.
  •  Ensure the IT systems' financial data is accurately reconciled.
  • Support month-end closing tasks and account consolidation.
  • Assist with both external and internal audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

    Your ideal profile

    •  At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar accounting role within the banking or financial services industry.
    •  A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Strong familiarity with IFRS and LUX GAAP frameworks.
    • Proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and a team player with excellent written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for improving efficiency.
    • Adaptability in attitude and working hours to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
    • Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Additional language skills are a plus.
