Your missions
This role of office manager at our customer's site plays an important role in the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office management tasks, managing the reception and supporting the local HR team. The ideal profile for this role will like to support in different areas, be proactive, like multitasking and working in a fast paced environment.

Your ideal profile
Our customer is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, and will bring energy, versatility, and a can-do attitude to the office.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in an office management or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
