Your missions
As Senior Internal Auditor, you will :
- Conducting internal audit engagements in accordance with the international framework of professional practice.
- Documenting test results in working papers to support audit findings.
- Designing audit programmes to assess the effectiveness of controls in high-risk business areas.
- Formulate practical recommendations and prepare comprehensive and meaningful audit reports for senior management and the Audit and Risk Committee.
- Contribute to the development of the audit function by continuously improving the way the department works.
- Participate in the development and use of continuous audit methods and tools.
- Participate in ad hoc audits upon request.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the company's key stakeholders.
Your ideal profile
- Experienced/qualified internal auditor with 3+ years relevant experience.
- Curious, proactive, team player and fast learner.
- Positive and pragmatic attitude.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the European financial services industry, preferably wealth management and life insurance.
- CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA or other relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills.
- International experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of any other European language is an asset.
