Your missions
As Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will :
- Submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities as necessary, showcasing your expertise, and actively participating in various projects.
- Create regulatory reports for Luxembourg, the UK, along with any other jurisdiction as deemed necessary.
- Streamline processes associated with Regulatory Reporting.
- Communicate with authorities when required.
- Generate or improve documentation, contribute to the enhancement of existing processes.
- Actively participating in project expansions and subsequent follow-ups.
- Participate in establishing a platform for regulatory reporting together with the rest of the regulatory team.
Your ideal profile
- Hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the financial/banking sector.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of banking regulatory reporting rules.
- Proficient in mapping functional requirements to a system landscape, including ERP, CRM, and Banking systems.
- Experience with Wolters Kluwer OneSumX is considered an advantage.
- Exhibit exceptional teamwork skills with a positive and open mindset.
- Enjoy interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Embrace a "work smarter" mindset and actively seek ways to optimize processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
- Flexible and capable of working against tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing (mandatory due to the international nature of the company).
- Proficiency in other relevant languages such as French and/or German is considered an asset.
