Your missions
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Partner in a law firm. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to manage business-critical priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
As Personal Assistant, you will :
Ensure proper document management, from client file opening to closure, and maintain rigorous archiving systems.
Keep the CRM database up to date with high accuracy.
Your ideal profile
- Proven experience as a personal assistant in a fast-paced corporate environment. A legal environment is an asset.
- Excellent experience with Microsoft office software packages
- Strong Communication (verbal, written incl. reporting) - advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint / Excel/ Word - with experience in pulling together business management quality decks
- Able to communicate fluently in French with a high level of written and spoken business English. German is an asset
- Highly structured and organized
- Able to demonstrate initiative and energetic but committed approach to the work
- Able to work as part of a team and able to work calmly under pressure
- Problem solving ability
